If you're not 100% satisfied with your Glowra purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For installment orders, the full order must be returned to receive a refund—partial returns are not accepted.
